On Hollowhood, “the best independent film magazine in the UK”, Kelsey Bohlen is currently starring in the new hit docufilm, Ghosts And The Afterlife: A Scientific Investigation.
Ghosts And The Afterlife
Kelsey Bohlen has been thrilled to learn that recently released documentary, Ghosts And The Afterlife: A Scientific Investigation, which stars Kelsey in her first leading role, is doing so well that it is listed among the top-selling documentaries on Vudu, iTunes, and Amazon.
The topic of eternal life has become very well known as of late to the point where Tucker Carlson devoted a whole hour program to the subject of death and the afterlife.
Kelsey Bohlen
Kelsey was born and raised on a ranch in a small farming community in Texas. Her uncle Homer struck oil on his property, and her father Alan Bohlen went on to become a successful businessman. She competed in rodeos all over the country, riding horses, and has won numerous state and national titles.
In addition, Kelsey has won the Miss Texas High School Rodeo and Miss Rodeo Texas Teen beauty pageants, where she first discovered her passion for performing. Kelsey started her career as a television reporter after receiving an honors bachelor’s degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. However, she soon realized that she was more interested in an acting career.
Her first small role was in a national Chevrolet commercial that aired during the Super Bowl. She then had small roles in several Lifetime movies, regional commercials, and independent films, including a role as a singer in David Lynch’s remake of “Twin Peaks.”
Kelsey tells us that the most exciting things she did while making the movie were going on a real ghost hunt in the middle of nowhere and interviewing so many talented people, like James Van Praagh, the executive producer of “Ghost Whisperer” with Jennifer Love Hewitt, “Living with the Dead” with Ted Danson, and “The Dead Will Tell” with Eva Longoria.
“Ghosts and the Afterlife” is now exclusively distributed by Vision Films.
